Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that show signs of wear or damage by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@sheasplayhouse.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
