Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Please check back for updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sheasplayhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
